格隆匯3月20日丨華能國際電力股份(00902.HK)發佈2023年年度業績公吿，2023年，公司及其子公司實現合併營業收入為人民幣2543.97億元，比上年同期增長3.11%。歸屬於公司權益持有者的淨利潤為人民幣83.57億元，比上年同期增加人民幣163.84億元；每股收益為人民幣0.35元。董事會對公司在過去一年所取得的成績感到滿意。董事會建議公司派發股息予股東，持有每一普通股將可獲派現金股息人民幣0.20元(含税)。
2023年，公司以量價統籌、效益為先的原則，加強政策研究、加強市場分析、加強內部專業協同，不斷優化市場營銷策略，積極應對電力、熱力市場的機遇和挑戰，全力以赴爭取較高的電力交易價格和供熱價格，努力增發效益電量。公司中國境內各運行電廠按合併報表口徑累計完成上網電量4478.56億千瓦時，同比增長5.33%；公司境內電廠全年平均利用小時3776小時，同比降低9小時；其中燃煤機組利用小時4388小時，同比增加160小時。積極開拓供熱市場，擴大供熱面積，供熱量累計完成3.42億吉焦，同比增長5.93%。
2023年，國內煤炭供應保持高位，進口煤供應量同比大幅增長，煤炭供需關係從緊平衡向寬鬆轉變，煤炭價格波動下行，但依然處於高位水平。公司準確研判市場走勢，強化落實國家政策，積極推動電煤中長期合同高質量簽約、履約，不斷優化內外貿供應結構，控制燃料成本成效顯着。公司全年共採購煤炭2.12億噸，單位燃料成本為人民幣326.43元╱兆瓦時，同比降低12.38%。
公司克服極端天氣、勞動力緊張、物資設備供貨滯後、併網協調難等不利因素的影響，有序推進電源項目建設，全年新增基建併網可控發電裝機容量10,003.9兆瓦，其中新增低碳清潔能源裝機容量9,353.9兆瓦，超額完成年度目標。截至2023年12月31日，公司可控發電裝機容量為13.57萬兆瓦，其中風電機組可控發電裝機容量1.55萬兆瓦，太陽能可控發電裝機裝量1.31萬兆瓦，低碳清潔能源裝機容量佔比約為31.24%。
