中國金融投資管理(00605.HK)盈警:預期2023年淨虧約1.5億港元至1.6億港元
格隆匯3月18日丨 中國金融投資管理(00605.HK)公吿,與截至2022年12月31日止年度的公司權益持有人應占虧損約5260萬港元相比,集團預期截至2023年12月31日止年度公司權益持有人應占虧損將錄得約1.5億港元至1.6億港元。
根據現時可得資料,報吿期間虧損增加的主要原因是:(i)由於經濟復甦較預期慢,以及中國內地銀行響應政策要求加強支援小微企業導致與中國內地銀行競爭加劇,更多客户轉向其他銀行,引致融資業務收入下降約34.5%及約6,940萬港元;(ii)與2022年同期相比,由於報吿期間未償還應收貸款被若干債務人持續延期還款,以及中國內地物業市場疲弱導致應收貸款的抵押品價值下降,應收貸款的減值虧損顯著增加;及(iii)來自中國內地的現金產生單位業務的預期收入減少導致商譽減值顯著增加的綜合影響。
