H&H國際控股(01112.HK)料去年呈報純利下跌2%至9%
H&H國際控股(01112.HK)發補充公布,預期集團於截至去年12月31日止年度的經調整可比純利將按年錄得介乎2%至9%的增幅,而預期呈報純利將錄得介乎2%至9%的減幅。
就集團流動資金狀況而言,於今年1月1日至3月15日,集團已獲得總額為13.9億元人民幣的信貸額度,以持續優化資本架構。不過,公司指未必會就信貸額度訂立具法律約束力的明確協議。信貸額度未必會落實或全額落實。公司將繼續探索降低公司融資成本及優化其資本結構的機遇。
