當代置業(01107.HK)料本月底前未能刊發2023年度業績
當代置業(01107.HK)公佈,當前公司與核數師畢馬威會計師事務所未能就審覈2023年年度業績的審覈費用達成共識,可能導致需要更換核數師。公司預期可能無法在3月31日前完成必要程序,以最終確定截至2023年度財務報表。
董事會認爲,公司不宜公佈截至去年12月31日止財政年度未經審覈管理賬目。倘公司未能於3月31日或之前刊發2023年年度業績,預期股份將在聯交所暫停買賣,自4月2日上午九時正起生效,直至刊發2023年年度業績公告爲止。
