禹洲集團(01628.HK)發盈警,預計2023年度虧損淨額介乎100億至110億人民幣,相較上年度虧損淨額120.15億人民幣。年內,受宏觀市場環境及房地產行業銷售下行的影響,集團納入結算的項目毛利受壓;基於謹慎性原則計提的存貨及其他資產減值撥備增加和投資物業公允值虧損;利息資本化比率下降,導致融資成本大幅上升;及人民幣兌美元持續貶值,境外美元票據產生匯兌損失。2023年,預期總收入214.77億人民幣,按年下降約兩成。
