格隆匯3月14日丨中再資環(600217.SH)在互動平台表示,定增募投項目圍繞提升公司廢電拆解能力、進行設備升級改造,提高物流效率。定增發佈以來,我國廢電數量穩定增長,2024年出台的以舊換新政策有望帶來電器電子產品廢棄數量的進一步提升,下游需求旺盛,公司廢電拆解部分產品的產能利用率顯得不足。如此背景下,定增項目雖已開始三年,但其必要性較三年前是增加的,未來公司將繼續聚集主業,進一步提升拆解數量及市場佔有率。
