迅銷(06288.HK)調整UNIQLO中國開店戰略 料今財年淨新增30間店
迅銷(06288.HK)財務總監岡崎健表示,正調整UNIQLO在中國的開店戰略,將關閉虧損店舖以及在較好的地段開店,以提升店舖的盈利能力。
岡崎健在接受《日本經濟新聞》採訪時稱,目前UNIQLO在中國的店舖數量超過1,000間,雖然數量多於其他地區,但收入不及日本,因此UNIQLO在中國的戰略從擴張改為重視店舖質素,目標在十年後將包括香港及台灣在內的大中華區業務的每間店舖營業收入提高到與日本的相同水平。
他續指,在未來兩至三年內將關閉虧損的UNIQLO店舖,將開店集中在人流較多的地區及黃金地段,而在地方城市亦將嚴格挑選可以盈利的位置開店,目標2024財年在中國新開80間店舖以及關閉50間店舖,淨增加30間店舖,淨增數目較2023財年的35間為少,而到2025財年之後淨增數量有可能在數年內處於低位。
