友邦保險(01299.HK)：2023年新業務價值增長33%至40.34億美元 末期息每股119.07港仙
格隆匯3月14日丨友邦保險(01299.HK)發佈截至2023年12月31日止年度全年業績，友邦保險在2023年締造卓越的新業務價值增長，新業務價值增長33%至40.34億美元；中國內地、中國香港、東盟((越南除外)及印度業務均取得雙位數字的新業務價值增長)；年化新保費上升45%至歷史新高的76.50億美元；全年新業務價值利潤率為52.6%，下半年較上半年有所上升；末期股息為每股119.07港仙，全年股息總額為每股161.36港仙，增加5%。於2023年透過股份回購計劃向股東返還36億美元。
報吿期內，內涵價值營運溢利達88.90億美元，每股增加37%；內涵價值營運回報為12.9%，較2022年的9.4%顯著上升；税後營運溢利為62.13億美元，每股增加2%；每股基本增長則為7%；產生的基本自由盈餘達60.41億美元，每股上升5%；透過股息及股份回購返還共59億美元前，內涵價值權益增加7%；向股東返還資本後，內涵價值權益為702億美元，每股上升2%；截至2023年12月31日的自由盈餘為163億美元；集團當地資本總和法覆蓋率非常強勁，按保險集團監管基準計算為275%，按股東基準計算則為335%。
友邦保險集團首席執行官兼總裁李源祥表示：“友邦保險締造了卓越的新業務價值增長，同時整體財務表現強勁。疫情後整個集團的業務動力強勁，我們的年化新保費增長45%至歷史新高，新業務價值上升33%至超過40億美元。我們多元化的業務組合及無可比擬的分銷平台，促使我們在作為主要增長引擎的東盟、香港、中國內地和印度業務締造更高的新業務價值；此外，我們在10個市場取得雙位數字增長。”
“我們一貫嚴謹的財務紀律，以及專注於擴展友邦保險的高質素有效保單業務，支持所有其他主要財務指標錄得增長；以每股計算的內涵價值營運溢利、內涵價值權益、税後營運溢利及產生的基本自由盈餘均有所上升。內涵價值權益在透過股息及股份回購向股東返還59億美元前，增加7%至761億美元。友邦保險的資本狀況保持非常強勁，自由盈餘為163億美元，而集團當地資本總和法覆蓋率為275%。”
“董事會建議派發末期股息每股119.07港仙，使全年股息總額達每股161.36港仙，較2022年增加5%。這是秉承友邦保險行之已久的審慎、可持續及漸進的派息政策，讓集團可把握未來的增長機遇和保持財務靈活性。”
