格隆匯3月12日丨宏信建發(09930.HK)公佈，截至2023年12月31日止年度，全年公司實現收入人民幣96.1億元，較上年度同比增長22.0%；全年實現歸屬普通股持有人年內溢利人民幣9.6億元，較上年度同比增長44.9%；平均總資產收益率和平均淨資產收益率分別達3.1%和11.0%。
經營租賃服務業務方面，公司的設備管理規模持續擴大，核心產品的全年出租率均進一步提升，2023年經營租賃服務實現收入人民幣51.4億元，收入佔比53.5%；工程技術服務方面，得益於集團對產品工藝的持續創新投入，宏信建發工程技術解決方案受到更多的行業認可和青睞，全年總計新中標工程項目超過1,500個，累計服務工程項目超過3,500個，2023年工程技術服務實現收入人民幣29.6億元，收入佔比30.8%，較去年同期提升3.7個百分點；平台及其他服務業務方面，藉助集團數年積累的設備綜合運營經驗，逐步構建行業設備服務平台，截至2023年末，集團以委託管理模式運營56,696台高空作業平台，規模較上年末增長167.9%，2023年平台及其他服務的收入人民幣15.1億元，收入佔比15.7%，較去年同期提升8.7個百分點。
截至2023年末，集團資產總額達到人民幣312.4億元，較上年末增長3.1%，全年利潤及收入增速均遠高於資產增速，集團資產回報水平穩步增長，2023年平均總資產收益率約為3.1%，較去年提升0.8個百分點；平均淨資產收益率約為11.0%，較去年提升0.5個百分點。股東投資回報持續提升，每股收益從去年的人民幣0.23元提升至今年的人民幣0.32元。集團亦保持充裕的流動性，2023年經營現金流為人民幣39.5億元，較去年同期的人民幣28.2億元大幅提升40%，集團資金得以進一步補充，財務結構更趨安全。
