格隆匯3月11日丨路勁(01098.HK)公吿,預期截至2023年12月31日止年度,集團錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約為港幣39億元至港幣42億元(2022年年度:港幣4.95億元虧損)。
公司於年內錄得此虧損,主要由於:(i)受房地產市場整體低迷及行業經營環境嚴峻所影響,導致中國內地及香港的房地產項目交付面積下跌及利潤率大幅下滑和物業與相關資產減值撥備增加;及(ii)年內人民幣持續貶值而錄得匯兑虧損約港幣6.6億元。
