《盈警響號》長城天下(00524.HK)料去年虧損擴大至最多3,550萬元
長城天下(00524.HK)發盈警,預期截至去年12月底止年度錄得綜合虧損介乎約3,400萬元至3,550萬元,而2022年同期則錄得綜合虧損約2,320萬元。
集團指,期內財務業績倒退主要是由於管理及營運人員的員工成本和諮詢費用增加合共約610萬元;集團就有關表現不良使用權資產之現金產生單位進行減值評估,導致使用權資產減值虧損及折舊合共增加約390萬元;非經營收入及收益合共減少約120萬元;及董事薪酬及福利開支增加約110萬元。
