何超瓊:港應發揮超級聯繫人角色 倡助內企綠色融資
全國政協常委、信德集團(00242.HK)行政主席何超瓊於全國政協會議大會,建議香港發展多元化的金融工具及強化融資功能。同時應發揮金融、貿易、法律、專利等制度優勢,擔當「超級聯繫人」及「超級增值人」的角色,以推動中國內地與世界接軌,建設更高水平開放性經濟新體制,甚至發展高增值海運服務。
她續指,香港作為亞洲綠色金融樞紐,可帶內地企業綠色融資提供協助。另外,香港亦正力爭成為全球家族辦公室樞紐,服務海外以及內地的超高淨值人士。她亦建議政府要進一步提升香港國際機場的冷鏈物流能力,配合內地物流業發展迅速,香港的空運發揮高效率冷鏈物流系統的優勢,進一步提升兩地冷鏈物流能力。(js/k)
