格隆匯3月6日丨*ST凱撒(000796.SZ)公佈,為加速目的地板塊整合營銷,創造旅遊消費新場景,尋求公司新的經濟增長點,結合區域旅遊經濟發展水平,豐富文旅產業佈局,擬以自有資金出資人民幣10,000萬元在山東省青島市設立全資子公司凱撒海灣目的地(山東)運營管理有限公司(暫定名,具體以工商核准的名稱為準,簡稱“凱撒海灣”)。未來凱撒海灣將充分發揮各方資源及背景優勢,立足青島,構建以濱海旅遊為主,結合目的地旅遊資源開發,建設運營全域旅遊集成服務發展平台。
