微創機器人-B(02252.HK)預期2023年收入同比增長超過350%
格隆匯3月5日丨微創機器人-B(02252.HK)公吿，面對複雜多變的外部環境，2023年，集團秉持業務聚焦戰略，以推動業務可持續增長為首要目標，持續、深入地提升運營效率，憑藉廣泛的多賽道佈局、優異的產品性能以及行業領先的商業化實力，集團旗下多款已上市產品在國內商業化及全球化拓展方面均取得了突破性進展。
董事會預期公司截至2023年12月31日止年度收入較截至2022年12月31日止年度同比增長超過350%，該增長主要歸因於集團產品圖邁四臂腔鏡手術機器人("圖邁")、鴻鵠關節置換手術機器人、蜻蜓眼三維電子腹腔內窺鏡全面推進商業化進程帶來銷售收入的持續增長。
董事會預計公司於截至2023年12月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損不超過人民幣1,050百萬元(2022年12月31日止年度：人民幣1,146百萬元)，預期淨虧損減少主要歸功於(i)營業收入增長帶來毛利增加；以及(ii)聚焦核心研發項目，提升研發效率帶來研發費用下降。但期間內為多款本集團已上市產品推廣而全力開展商務活動導致銷售費用增加，業務聚焦產生額外一次性的調整開支(如租賃場地調整的相關支出)，部分存貨存在減值跡象計提的存貨跌價準備，以及根據評估，對集團持有的海外投資的公允價值變動損失部分抵消了上述因素的影響。
截至目前，集團已展現良好的商業化勢頭和全球化進展，尤其是圖邁多科室註冊自2023年10月獲批以來國內中標進程明顯加速、亦成功拿下海外訂單，持續鞏固本公司國產品牌市場領先地位；與此同時，期間內有效落實的各項降本增效措施，預計將為提高本集團後續盈利能力奠定良好基礎。
未來，集團將着力推動廣泛佈局帶來的多元產品組合於海內外銷售收入的持續增長，保持公司創新能力和研發成果快速轉化能力，進一步挖掘及優化完善運營效率，為公司股東、為行業創造更大價值。
