太和控股(00718.HK)全資附屬公司一項融資違約 涉及1,895萬英鎊
太和控股(00718.HK)公布,全資附屬公司MRB Residential Partners LLP與一間英國註冊銀行於2018年訂立的融資協議,至2024年3月4日仍未償還本金及利息等款項,已構成違約。公司指違約事件未有導致所訂其他貸款協議及/或銀行融資出現違約。
根據融資協議,該未償還本金總額為1,895萬英鎊,相關質押物業公平值於去年6月底約為5.8億港元,遠超未償金額。
