意外換CEO，業績指引不及預期，雲軟件商Snowflake盤後暴跌逾20%！
週三美股盤後，軟件製造商Snowflake(SNOW.US)公佈了其2024財年第四季度業績。Snowflake第四季度營收、每股收益均好於預期，但對2025財年第一季度及全年產品營收的指引不及預期，並宣佈首席執行官弗蘭克·斯洛特曼 (Frank Slootman) 辭去首席執行官一職。
受此消息影響，該公司在尾盤交易中股價暴跌，盤後跌超20%。
Q4營收好於預期，但2025財年Q1及全年業績指引低迷
財報顯示，Snowflake第四季度營收同比增長32%至7.75億美元，好於分析師普遍預期的7.59億美元；Non-GAAP每股收益為0.35美元，好於分析師普遍預期的0.18美元，上年同期為0.14美元。
第四季度產品營收為7.38億美元，同比增長33%，好於分析師普遍預期的7.16億美元；截至第四季度末，過去一年在產品上花費超過100萬美元的客户有461名。
第四季度運營虧損為 2.755 億美元，高於去年第四季度的 2.398 億美元，高於上一季度的 436 名。剩餘履約義務（另一個關鍵的增長基準）為 52 億美元，超出了預期。
展望未來，Snowflake預計，2025財年第一季度產品營收在7.45億至7.50億美元之間(即同比增長26%至27%)，不及分析師普遍預期的7.59億美元。該公司還預計，2025財年全年產品營收為32.5億美元，同樣不及分析師普遍預期的34.3億美元。
前首席執行官將退休
Snowflake週三表示，於2019年加入這家雲軟件公司並於次年上市的億萬富翁——原CEO Frank Slootman 即將退休，此前曾在該公司擔任人工智能高級副總裁的Sridhar Ramaswamy被任命為首席執行官，Slootman仍將繼續擔任董事會主席。
據瞭解，Slootman2023年的總薪酬為2370萬美元，幾乎全部來自股票和期權獎勵。
根據一份監管文件，截至2月9 日，Slootman擁有1060萬股Snowflake股票。截至週三收盤，該股份價值約為24 億美元。
Sridhar Ramaswamy現年57歲，曾在谷歌任職15年，在加入Snowflake前曾創辦對標谷歌的搜索引擎產品Neeva，該產品在去年6月被Snowflake以1.85億美元收購。
Slootman在一份聲明中表示：“沒有人比 Sridhar更適合帶領 Snowflake 進入下一階段的增長，並抓住人工智能和機器學習領域的機遇。” “他是一位富有遠見的技術專家，在經營和擴展成功企業方面有着良好的記錄。”
