《半日總結》恆指跌45點 地產股造好 碧桂園挫逾12%

恆指今早高開42點，其後反覆偏軟，高低波幅228點，中午收報16,745點，跌45點或0.3%；國指跌44點或0.8%，報5,762點；恆生科技指數微跌1點，報3,501點。大市半日成交總額570.61億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入23.87億及8.84億元人民幣。
本港樓市即日起全面撤辣，地產股造好，新世界(00017.HK)升5.9%，為表現最佳藍籌股。恆地(00012.HK)升4.1%。新地(00016.HK)升3.3%。太古地產(01972.HK)、長實(01113.HK)、九倉置業(01997.HK)、信和置業(00083.HK)及恆隆(00101.HK)各升2.3%至2.9%。物業代理美聯(01200.HK)抽高29.2%。此外，REITs單位轉讓和期權莊家進行證券經銷業務，將獲豁免繳付印花稅，領展(00823.HK)升3.7%。
網易(09999.HK)升5.5%，內地2月111款國產網絡遊戲獲批，當中包括網易的《天啟行動》；大摩發表技術意見報告料網易(NTES.US)未來60日股價將上升。
其他科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.5%。阿里(09988.HK)跌0.1%。美團(03690.HK)及聯想集團(00992.HK)各跌2%及1.9%。百度(09888.HK)升1.3%。京東(09618.HK)、快手(01024.HK)及小米(01810.HK)分別跌0.3%至0.9%。商湯(00020.HK)跌2.1%。
蘋果傳棄造車，車股理想(02015.HK)再升3.8%。蔚來(09866.HK)與小鵬(09868.HK)均跌逾2%。比亞迪(01211.HK)跌1.5%，公司不排除在歐洲銷售仰望U8。吉利(00175.HK)跌0.7，公司旗下極氪新款001上市，售價26.9萬至32.9萬人幣。
碧桂園(02007.HK)遭建滔(00148.HK)全資子公司Ever Credit提清盤呈請，追討16億元未支付貸款及利息，碧桂園半日挫12.5%，同系碧服(06098.HK)跌4.9%，為表現最差藍籌股。建滔跌1.8%。其他內房股普遍偏軟，龍湖(00960.HK)跌4.1%。
金融股匯控(00005.HK)升1.1%。港交所(00388.HK)跌0.9%。友邦(01299.HK)升0.4%。體品股李寧(02331.HK)與安踏(02020.HK)各跌3.8%及3.7%。
此外，ASMPT(00522.HK)去年純利7.15億元跌73%，末期息連特別息共派78仙，股價升4.1%。新創建(00659.HK)半年純利10.09億元升18.3%，中期息連特別息共派2.09元，股價升20.4%。
