國家外交部:開放合作是半導體產業的核心驅動力
國家外交部發言人毛寧主持例行記者會。有記者提問指,英偉達(NVDA.US)近日向美國證交會提交的文件中,首次將華為列為AI晶片等多個類別的主要競爭對手,同時稱,如果美國政府加大限制晶片出口,將進一步損害英偉達的競爭力。毛寧回應指,事實證明「小院高墻」擋不住中國創新發展的步伐,也不利於包括美國企業在內整個產業的健康發展。
毛寧指,開放合作是半導體產業的核心驅動力。中國是全球主要的半導體市場之一。人為割裂市場,破壞全球產供應鏈穩定,阻礙效率和創新,不符合任何一方的利益。美方應當遵守市場經濟和公平競爭原則,支持各國企業通過良性競爭促進科技發展進步。(cy/k)
