芯聯集成(688469.SH):正建設國內第一條8英寸碳化硅(SiC)器件研發產線 預計2024年收入貢獻將超過10億元
格隆匯2月27日丨芯聯集成(688469.SH)近日在接待機構投資者調研時表示,2023公司已實現碳化硅(SiC)在汽車主驅逆變器的量產,目前已實現月產出5000片以上,公司最新一代的碳化硅(SiC)MOSFET產品性能已達世界領先水平。目前,公司正在建設國內第一條8英寸碳化硅(SiC)器件研發產線,將於2024年通線,預計2024年收入貢獻將超過10億元。長期來看,公司碳化硅(SiC)業務有望在全球達到30%的市場佔有率。
