高盛放棄聯儲局5月減息之預測
高盛放棄之前聯儲局將於5月減息,以及今年將有四次減息、每次四分一厘的預測,因較早時為聯儲局理事沃勒表示,需要看到更多證據表明通脹正在降溫才會支持減息,認為最新通脹數據較高可能是一個警告,表明過去一年通脹的顯著進展可能會陷入停滯。
高盛表示,距離5月聯儲局會議僅有兩個多月的時間,以及只有多兩輪通脹數據,他的言論表明之前預期最早在5月減息的可能性不大。高盛稱,目前預計明年將額外減息多一次,最終利率預測保持在3.25至3.5厘不變。
