東亞銀行(00023.HK)公布業績後跌逾4%。該股早段反覆,高見9.76元,一度升1.88%,見三個月新高,下午再轉跌。現報9.19元,跌4.07%,成交218.34萬股,涉資2,077.17萬元。
東亞截至去年12月底止全年經營收入207.46億元,按年升15.6%。純利41.18億元,按年跌5.5%;每股盈利1.32元。第二次中期股息0.18元,上年同期派0.17元。
業績報告指,期內核心業務表現強勁,高息環境下息差得以擴闊。去年撥備前經營溢利113.14億元,按年上升29.6%。房地產行業持續受到資金流動性問題困擾,已因應其風險敞口作出合適的撥備。同時審慎處理對馬來西亞AFFIN Bank Berhad的投資,作出減值。採取相關審慎措施後,股東應佔溢利按年下跌5.5%。(cy/a)
