英國《The Telegraph》引述消息人士報道,京東(09618.HK)研究收購英國電器零售商Currys,刺激Currys於倫敦股價曾飆近38%高見64.9英鎊,現升31%,報61.7英鎊。
Currys於過去周末拒絕Elliott Advisors的7億英磅收購建議。報道引述消息指,京東正在尋找中國以外的增長機會,最近數周與Currys進行接觸,但雙方的討論仍處於早期階段,同時兩間公司亦研究合資及戰略投資等合作方向。
