《內地樓市》中指院:春節假期新房日均成交面積按年跌約27%
中指研究院公布數據顯示,2024年春節假期期間(2月10日至17日),25個代表城市新房日均成交面積較上年春節假期下降約27%。部分城市售樓處到訪量有所提升,但實際成交較為平淡。《2024年春節置業調查》數據亦顯示,近半數受訪者表示在春節期間看房但未購房,消費者觀望情緒仍較重 該院認為,1月底各地第一批融資支持項目「白名單」逐漸落地,有利於穩定購房者購買期房的預期,同時也有利於緩解企業資金壓力,進一步穩市場、穩預期。短期來看,核心一二線城市仍有望繼續優化需求端政策,疊加「三大工程」加速落位、企業資金支持力度增強等,供需兩端政策發力有望推動房地產市場逐漸企穩。
