花旗:若特朗普當選兼共和黨控制兩院 美元或升5%
花旗預計,若特朗普領導的共和黨在11月的美國大選中大獲全勝,美元將上漲5%,而債市將遭到拋售,因特朗普於2016年意外獲勝後,美元上漲約5%,但在2020年特朗普輸給現任總統拜登後,美元亦下跌約5%,認為潛在的5%升幅是由特朗普勝選所帶動。
目前特朗普很可能成為11月5日美國大選的共和黨提名人,若特朗普勝出加上共和黨贏得國會兩院,這將對債市產生重大的影響,因共和黨大獲全勝有可能會導致對中國開徵新關稅,並在國內減息及推出刺激措施。
