格隆匯2月8日丨德藝文創(300640.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東、實際控制人、董事長吳體芳先生分別於2024年2月7日、2024年2月8日通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價交易方式增持公司股份402,260股、1,620,000股,合計增持公司股份202.226萬股,佔公司總股本的0.6472%,佔公司總股本剔除公司回購專用證券賬户中的股份數量的0.6503%,增持金額合計為人民幣753.29萬元。
吳體芳先生計劃自2024年2月7日起6個月內,繼續通過深圳證券交易所交易系統集中競價方式增持公司股份,擬用於實施增持計劃資金合計不低於人民幣1,000萬元(含2024年2月7日和2024年2月8日增持金額)。本次增持不設價格區間,具體根據公司股票價格波動情況及資本市場整體趨勢擇機實施增持。
