阿爾特(300825.SZ)擬與矢崎成立合資公司 共同開展新能源汽車行業所需的高壓電系統核心技術攻關
格隆匯2月8日丨阿爾特(300825.SZ)公佈，基於阿爾特汽車技術股份有限公司(以下簡稱"阿爾特"、"公司"、"乙方")擁有行業領先的獨立整車研發及系統解決方案、多年的研發技術積累和客户資源，以及矢崎(中國)投資有限公司(以下合稱"甲方"、"矢崎")擁有的車用線束、高壓連接器等設計研發技術、製造能力、全球銷售網絡，雙方經友好協商，就設立合資公司達成一致意見，於2024年2月7日簽署了《關於擬設立合資公司共同開展研發及全球市場開拓之合意書》(以下簡稱"《合意書》")。
雙方擬通過強強聯合協同創新等方式，以合資公司為依託，並基於雙方共同賦能的形式，共同開展新能源汽車行業所需的高壓電系統核心技術攻關。
阿爾特作為行業領先的提供獨立整車研發及系統解決方案的智能科技公司，是全球汽車產業鏈極少數技術突出、實力完備的Tier0.5，在新能源汽車設計開發、傳統整車/發動機及動力系統設計開發、產品企劃、展車製造、樣車試製、同步工程、模/夾具設計製造、整車及零部件試驗、零部件開發與諮詢等領域，具備深厚的行業積累和強大的技術服務能力。尤其在新能源汽車研發領域，公司已成為市場少有的具備領先技術、系統解決方案、超前預研能力的核心供應商。矢崎集團是世界知名的線束供應商，在歐洲、美洲、非洲、東南亞等全世界45個國家和地區，設有生產、銷售、研發等分支機構，擁有世界領先的技術實力以及全球的客户資源和渠道。
本次公司擬與矢崎成立合資公司，就開展新能源汽車行業所需的高壓電系統核心技術和產品以及全球的市場開拓進行合作，逐步打造在全球新能源汽車市場具備充分競爭力，在高壓電系統領域具備領先技術優勢，在產品方面具備高通用性、高性價比的科技創新企業，也是公司作為平台型"鏈主"企業將研發優勢和全球資源優勢充分結合，多形式開展產業聯盟計劃的具體體現。
本合作將有利於公司進一步深化汽車智能化業務佈局，為整車企業提供更加核心、優質、全面的服務，不斷增加公司與客户及產業鏈企業的合作粘性。基於矢崎對公司核心競爭力的認可，在雙方合作基礎上，矢崎亦能推動公司整車研發與支持的解決方案及核心零部件在其全球客户中進行推廣。本合作將形成獨具一格、三維一體、相互協同的"研發+製造+商社"商業模式。
