美國國防部拉黑中國激光雷達企業？禾賽迴應：無任何涉軍業務
1月31日，美國國防部更新"中國軍事企業"名單，新增曠視、依圖、長江存儲、禾賽、東方網力、中國電信等16家在美國直接或間接經營的中國企業。美國國防部稱，根據美國國會《2021財年國防授權法案》第1260H條的法定要求，新增了"中國軍事企業"的名單，稱目的是對抗中國的軍民融合戰略。
近年來被加列入此清單的公司眾多，已有70餘家，基本上都是我國高科技領域的領軍企業，包括存儲芯片製造商長江存儲、曠視科技、大疆、中國長江三峽集團、中國建設科技集團、依圖科技、盟升電子，其中包括新晉加入的激光雷達上市公司禾賽科技。
禾賽相關負責人第一時間對媒體表示，禾賽不符合"涉軍企業"定義，美國國防部此舉措對禾賽業務並無實質影響，並回復如下：
美國國防部的"中國涉軍企業"清單，其主要功能是禁止美國國防部採購這些企業的產品。事實上，禾賽根本不符合"涉軍企業"的定義，禾賽所有產品都僅限民用，且與任何國家的軍方都沒有業務往來，因此這件事對禾賽的業務沒有實質性影響。禾賽始終致力於減少事故、挽救生命，讓全球出行更安全。我們始終堅守合規，秉持誠信、合法經營的原則，堅決維護所有客户和投資者的利益。
根據中國商務部、科技部於2023年12月21日發佈的《中國禁止出口限制出口技術目錄》最新修訂，對"特殊用途激光雷達"的產品參數進行了一系列描述，其中就包括"測距>2千米、測距精度<2毫米"等參數描述。而禾賽產品顯然並不符合這些描述。禾賽官網顯示，其所有激光雷達產品中測距最遠的512線高性能激光雷達，最遠測距為400米(10%反射率下為300米)。禾賽也在其官方投資者頁面發佈公吿稱："禾賽所有的激光雷達產品都被美國商務部工業和安全局分類為EAR99，證明這些產品不適合任何軍事應用。"
禾賽作為一家納斯達克上市公司，所有產品型號和收入來源都會在公開財報中披露，全部來源於汽車、自動駕駛和機器人應用，均在民用範圍，並無任何軍用領域的收入。
也就是説這份清單對於非涉軍業務的公司而言，並不構成實質性的影響。
激光雷達作為智能駕駛系統的核心傳感器，已經成為了汽車領域的關鍵核心技術之一。在中國電動汽車產業的引領下，智能駕駛的浪潮已洶湧而至，並有望迅速席捲全球。在2023年，包括禾賽科技在內的眾多中國激光雷達公司取得了引人注目的進步。預計激光雷達行業將在未來兩年內實現規模化爆發。
