格隆匯2月1日丨華南城(01668.HK)公吿，公司擬通過公開招標方式出售銷售股份(佔西安華南城約30.6472%股權(可予調整至38.6988%))。載有招標程序詳情的招標公吿已於2024年2月1日在公司網站刊載。招標公吿並無載列潛在出售事項的任何條款(包括最低代價)。公司將與中標者(如有)就潛在出售事項進行磋商並訂立買賣協議。
於本公吿日期，西安華南城由公司間接持有30.6472%股權，於公司財務報表中作為聯營公司入賬。西安華南城主要從事綜合商貿物流及商品交易中心的開發及運營，參與了集團在西安的項目(即西安華南城)，但未參與集團在中國大陸的其他七個項目。
西安華南城位於西安國際港務區，現已投入營運，商品交易中心所涵蓋的經營業態包括五金機電、窗簾布藝、紡織服裝、皮革皮草、汽摩汽配、家居建材、1668新時代廣場、奧特萊斯、跨境電商、中亞與東盟產品展示中心等，其中1668新時代廣場項目被列入陝西省2019年及2020年重點項目。
集團於中國從事大型綜合商貿物流交易中心的開發及運營。其提供專業的綜合物流及交易平台，具有全面的增值配套服務及設施，包括但不限於物流及倉庫服務、物業管理、奧特萊斯運營、電子商務服務、會議及展覽服務，以幫助中小企業以現代化的方式開展業務。在物業租賃和管理方面，本集團管理住宅、商場、專業市場以及會議及展覽設施，兼具管理商品交易中心以及住宅物業能力。
集團項目具備多種經營收入，包括廣吿收入、會展收入、臨時場地租賃及停車場收費等。集團還專注於園區的投資開發建設，於多個項目發展各類商業綜合體，深圳、南寧、南昌、西安(通過本公司的聯營公司)、哈爾濱、鄭州、合肥、重慶等多地均開發有多功能商業及配套。此外，集團還提供全面供應鏈綜合物流解決方案和智慧硬體基礎設施，以實現園區經營管理的資料化和線上化。
