中科三環(000970.SZ):公司在晶界擴散技術方面具有較為充足的技術儲備
格隆匯1月31日丨中科三環(000970.SZ)1月31日在接待機構投資者調研時表示,應用晶界擴散技術的主要目的是通過將重稀土金屬Dy或Tb及其合金以晶界擴散的方式滲透入磁體,在保證剩磁基本不變的同時,大幅度提高矯頑力,從而大幅降低重稀土的使用量,降低成本,提高產品性價比。公司從十幾年前就開始晶界擴散技術的研發,於2014年開始有小批量應用,目前已有大量應用。每一種晶界擴散技術都有各自的特點,公司在晶界擴散技術方面具有較為充足的技術儲備,能夠針對不同客户對於產品性能的不同需求,採用適當的技術進行產品生產加工。
