*ST正邦(002157.SZ)：2023年度預盈80億元-100億元 同比扭虧
格隆匯1月26日丨*ST正邦(002157.SZ)公佈2023年度業績預吿，報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利800,000萬元–1,000,000萬元，上年同期虧損1,338,714.70萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤虧損500,000萬元–700,000萬元，上年同期虧損1,154,255.57萬元；基本每股收益盈利0.8604元/股–1.0755元/股；營業收入600,000萬元–700,000萬元，扣除後營業收入600,000萬元–700,000萬元。
本業績預吿期內，公司業績較上年同期大幅增長，淨資產轉正，主要原因是公司重整計劃已執行完畢，具體情況如下：
1、2023年12月15日，依據江西省南昌市中級人民法院送達的(2023)贛01破16號之四號《民事裁定書》，裁定確認公司重整計劃執行完畢並終結公司重整程序。依據法院裁定結果，債權裁定總金額269.92億元，公司實施以股抵債產生的重整收益預計約175億元-185億元，上述重整收益計入非經常性損益中；
2、報吿期內，公司實現銷售收入60億元-70億元，受生豬市場價格持續低位影響，生豬業務淨利潤虧損30億元-40億元；
3、報吿期內，公司因執行《江西正邦科技股份有限公司重整計劃》設立信託平台公司導致公司合併報表範圍發生變化。公司應收信託平台公司往來餘額約50億元，且被動形成對外擔保清償約9億元,基於謹慎性原則，對上述被動形成的59億應收款項全額計提減值準備。剔除轉讓收益金額後，扣減利潤金額約25億元-35億元，此部分金額計入非經常性損益中；
4、報吿期內，公司因執行重整，被動代為清償正邦集團有限公司及其子公司部分擔保債權等約9億元，基於謹慎性原則，全額計提減值準備，扣減利潤金額約9億元；
5、報吿期內，公司按照《企業會計準則》的有關規定和要求，對期末存欄生豬及固定資產計提減值準備約9億元，合計扣減利潤金額約9億元。
