國際商業結算(00147.HK)控股股東股權結構變動
國際商業結算(00147.HK)公布,持有公司已發行股本總額約63.43%的控股股東長鴻出現股權結構變動。集團獲告知,公司執行董事袁亮於1月23日簽署轉讓文件,將其持有的長鴻的30%股權轉讓給任宇。
轉讓完成後,長鴻將由任宇全資擁有,根據證券及期貨條例第XV部,任宇將繼續被視為於長鴻持有的公司股份中擁有權益,而袁亮將不再擁有長鴻的任何權益。
公司預期是次轉讓不會對集團的經營產生任何重大不利影響。
