香港證券及期貨專業總會抨「打風開市」諮詢不全面
香港證券及期貨專業總會表示,港交所(00388.HK)是次就「打風開市」所作的諮詢倉卒且不全面。從業人員及投資者安全是核心考慮因素,雖然惡劣天氣下預計所有營運應以電子化及遙距方式進行,但如遇上任何系統事故或硬件問題,仍需即時到場處理,而且為實現正常開市交易,其他行業亦需要作出配合,因而增加市面流動人數,認為屬於社會需要關注的成本。
該會指,有會員預料為配合打風開市方案,優化其系統的投入成本將以百萬元計,惟現時港股市況淡靜,券商收入微薄,料將有許多中小型券商會打退堂鼓,退出證券業市場。
