上海實業環境(00807.HK)：17.75萬噸項目獲提標、提價、擴建 2萬噸項目延長特許經營期
格隆匯1月24日丨上海實業環境(00807.HK)宣佈位於中華人民共和國8個項目，合計處理規模19.75萬噸更新進展。其中，3個項目合計處理規模7萬噸獲提標提價；3個項目合計處理規模9.25萬噸獲提價；1個項目擴建1.5萬噸；1個2萬噸項目延長特許經營期。
17.75萬噸項目獲提標、提價、擴建
上實環境間接全資附屬公司上實環境(北流)污水處理有限公司，近期收到政府印發關於北流市城區污水處理廠工程一期項目("北流一期項目")及北流市城區污水處理廠提標擴建項目("北流擴建項目")提價的函件，自2024年1月起，提高污水處理費用。北流一期項目設計處理規模4萬噸/日，北流擴建項目設計處理規模4萬噸/日，出水均執行一級A標準。
上實環境間接持有75.5%的附屬公司上實環境(棗莊嶧城)污水處理有限公司，與棗莊市嶧城區人民政府簽署棗莊市嶧城區污水處理中心項目("嶧城項目")提標提價協議。嶧城項目合計設計處理規模4萬噸/日，包含嶧城項目一期("嶧城項目一期")及嶧城項目二期("嶧城項目二期")。本次約定嶧城項目一期及嶧城項目二期出水標準從一級A提升至準IV類標準，提標完成後提高處理價格。
上實環境間接持有98.76%的附屬公司上實聯合(棗莊)污水處理有限公司，與棗莊市嶧城區人民政府簽訂棗莊市嶧城區污水處理廠擴建工程一期項目("嶧城擴建項目")提標提價協議。約定嶧城擴建項目出水標準從一級A提升至準IV類標準，提標完成後提高處理價格。嶧城擴建項目設計處理規模3萬噸/日。
上實環境間接持有60%的附屬公司聯熹向港(南昌)水務有限公司，與南昌縣城市管理和綜合執法局簽署向塘開發區污水處理廠項目("向塘項目")擴建協議。本次擴建部分設計處理規模1.5萬噸/日，出水執行一級A標準。
上實環境間接全資附屬公司安溪南方水務有限公司，近期收到政府關於安溪縣龍門鎮污水處理廠BOT項目一期("龍門一期項目")提價的批覆，提價追溯自2023年11月1日起。龍門一期項目設計處理規模1.25萬噸/日，出水執行一級B標準，提標待建。
2萬噸項目延長特許經營期
上實環境間接全資附屬公司凱發新泉水務(泰州)有限公司，與泰州醫藥高新區(高港區)濱江工業園管理辦公室簽署泰州濱江工業園污水處理廠一期項目("濱江一期項目")補充協議，約定濱江一期項目到期後採用TOT模式延長10年特許經營期。濱江一期項目設計處理規模2萬噸/日，出水執行一級A標準。
上述項目預計將為集團的業績作出積極的貢獻。
