華住集團(01179.HK)第四季日均房價按年漲18.3% 入住率80.5%
華住集團-S(01179.HK)公布,2023年第四季度,綜合日均房價284元人民幣(下同),按年上升18.3%;入住率由上一季85.9%回落80.5%,按年升14.3個百分點;平均可出租客房收入由上一季度278元降至229元,按年仍升43.8%。
第四季度,Legacy-Huazhu業務平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的120%。按月份細分,10月、11月及12月平均可出租客房收入分別恢復至2019年水平的120%、1117%及123%。季內,Steigenberger Hotels及其附屬「DH」平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的111%,並略高於2022年水平,主要因2022年第四季度國際足聯世界盃及第二十七屆聯合國氣候變化大會舉行期間日均房價較高。
