格隆匯1月22日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)發佈公吿,就公司的Legacy-Huazhu業務而言,在休閒及商務旅行需求持續復甦的支持下,公司於2023年第四季度的平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的120%。按月計算,2023年10月、11月及12月的平均可出租客房收入分別恢復至2019年水平的120%、117%及123%。於2023年全年,公司的平均可出租客房收入達到2019年水平的122%。儘管2023年的平均可出租客房收入增長主要受日均房價推動,但公司的入住率也持續回升。在網絡擴張方面,公司於2023年第四季度新開460家酒店並關閉225家酒店,於2023年全年淨增852家酒店。

就Steigenberger Hotels GmbH及其附屬公司而言,2023年第四季度平均可出租客房收入恢復至2019年水平的111%,並略高於2022年水平,主要是由於2022年第四季度國際足聯世界盃及第二十七屆聯合國氣候變化大會舉行期間日均房價較高。
