兗礦能源(01171.HK)：控股股東山東能源首次增持50萬股A股
格隆匯1月22日丨兗礦能源(01171.HK)公佈，為鞏固山東能源控股地位，提高山東能源持股比例，向市場傳遞積極信息，提振投資者信心，彰顯大股東對公司長期發展及價值定位的認可，山東能源計劃於12個月內，通過上海證券交易所交易系統及香港聯合交易所有限公司交易系統以集中競價、大宗交易或場內交易等方式增持公司A股股份及H股股份，累計增持金額不低於人民幣3億元，不超過人民幣6億元。其中，A股股份增持主體為山東能源及其一致行動人，A股股份累計增持金額不低於人民幣1億元，不超過人民幣2億元；H股股份增持主體為兗礦香港及其一致行動人，H股股份累計增持金額不低於人民幣2億元，不超過人民幣4億元。
實施本次增持計劃前，山東能源共持有公司3,385,986,710股A股股份，包括通過自身賬號持有3,214,570,932股，通過可交換公司債券質押專户持有171,415,778股；及通過兗礦香港持有公司682,483,500股H股股份。山東能源直接和間接持有公司股份共4,068,470,210股，佔公司總股本的54.69%。山東能源在該公吿前十二個月內未披露過增持計劃。
公司於2024年1月22日收到山東能源通知，山東能源於2024年1月22日通過上海證券交易所交易系統以集中競價方式首次增持公司A股股份500,000股，佔公司總股本的比例約為0.0067%，增持金額為人民幣10,479,104元。
截至公吿日期，山東能源共持有公司3,386,486,710股A股股份，包括通過自身賬號持有3,215,070,932股，通過可交換公司債券質押專户持有171,415,778股；及通過兗礦香港持有公司682,483,500股H股股份。山東能源直接和間接持有公司股份共4,068,970,210股，佔公司總股本的54.70%。本次增持計劃尚未實施完畢，山東能源後續將按照增持計劃繼續擇機增持公司股份。
