格隆匯1月17日丨*ST博天(603603.SH)公佈2023年年度業績預減的公吿，經公司財務部門初步測算，預計2023年年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為5,010.00萬元到7,000.00萬元，與上年同期相比，將減少96.86%到95.62%，主要原因系2022年12月底公司完成重整，致使2022年度實現大額債務重組收益，本期公司債務重組收益同比大幅減少。
經公司財務部門初步測算，預計2023年年度歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為5,190.00萬元到7,150.00萬元，與上年同期相比，將增加103.02%到104.17%，主要原因系公司重整完成後經營情況得到有效改善，財務費用和期間費用等大幅降低。
經公司財務部門初步測算，預計2023年年度營業收入為57,000.00萬元到69,000.00萬元，扣除與主營業務無關的業務收入和不具備商業實質的收入後的營業收入為56,720.00萬元到68,720.00萬元。經公司財務部門初步測算，預計2023年末歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產為172,400.00萬元到173,900.00萬元。
公司2023年營業收入基本保持穩定，營業毛利率則實現提升。債務重整後，公司信用逐步修復，在建工程項目有序推進；運營項目通過成本的精細化、集約化管理，有效降低了綜合成本，實現了提質增效；公司各類訴訟、中介服務費等期間費用也進一步降低。為提升經濟效益，打造二次增長曲線，公司積極推進各類業務的發展，同時，進一步優化和壓減固定支出，各類相關費用得到有效降低，實現了開源節流的合理平衡。隨着公司債務重整的完成，債務風險得以化解，有息負債規模降低，減輕了公司的償債壓力，顯著降低了財務成本。2023年度公司計提的利息費用較去年同期減少約3.4億元，降幅約70%，有效降低了公司的債務負擔。
