利郎(01234.HK)再獲主要股東增持 LILANZ上季零售額顯著增長
中國利郎(01234.HK)宣布,集團主要股東曉升國際繼上月增持集團股份後,再以平均每股4.2241港元的價格,購買集團9,529,000股股份。增持後,曉升國際總持股數為692,345,000股,約佔集團總股本57.82%。
公司主席兼非執行董事王冬星表示,在中國零售市場逐步克服疫情影響並持續復甦的背景下,集團通過及時推出的廣告宣傳和市場行銷活動,其中2023年第四季度「LILANZ」產品之零售金額(按零售價值計算)與2022年同期比較錄得顯著增長。
