百果園(02411.HK)瀉33%破底 IPO一周年上市前股東禁售期屆滿
去年1月16日上市的百果園集團(02411.HK)今日(16日)低開1.7%報5.9元後,初跌急挫,最低見3.96元創上市以來紀錄低。現報4元,跌33.33%,成交增至745.9萬股,涉資3,376.06萬元。
公司去年1月中旬以每股5.6元上市,今日剛好是IPO一周年,當時集資淨額約3.66億元。據招股章程顯示,根據《中國公司法》,所有首次公開發售前投資者的禁售期為自上市日期起計12個月;所有上市前股東均須受自上市日期起12個月的禁售期的規限。
