新世界(00017.HK)去年內地合約銷售突破134億人幣
新世界發展(00017.HK)宣布,旗下新世界中國於去年,內地物業合約總銷售突破134億元人民幣(下同)。其中,下半年總銷售超過75億元,佔2024財年內地銷售目標的50%。集團今年將陸續推出多個位於內地主要一線城市的項目,為集團的收入和利潤持續帶來貢獻。 近年,隨著內地政府先後推出認房不認貸、放鬆住房限購及支持城中村改造等政策,為內地房地產行業的回暖帶來利好作用,也帶動集團多個樓盤人氣銷量雙雙上漲。其中,集團位於廣州番禺的「耀勝新世界廣場|耀勝尊府」住宅項目,推出至今累計銷售已超過40億元收人。 集團位於廣州白鵝潭核心商業區的地標住宅項目廣州「新世界-天馥」,以及杭州「新世界-城市藝術中心」一期商業部分將接連面市。至於武漢新世界「漢江-雲赫」商業項目「河之洲 HAN ZONE」商業街預計於今年中開幕,廣州「耀勝新世界廣場」亦計劃在明年5月全面開業。此外,集團旗下K11的內地首個旗艦項目,坐落於深圳太子灣的K11 ECOAST,預計於今年底開業。 集團現時在內地投資發展8個城市更新項目,全部位於核心城市如廣州、深圳等,總樓面面積達270萬平方米,可售資源總額保守估計達800至1,000億元。其中,位於深圳龍崗區的188工業區的更新項目已經動工,預期於2025財年進行銷售。另外兩個位於深圳的城市更新項目,包括深圳西麗新圍工業區項目,以及光明光僑食品廠項目,亦已進入全面開發階段。 香港方面,位於香港國機場航天城的11 SKIES亦於去年至2025年分階段開業,將為集團帶來可觀及持續的租金收益。
