《大行報告》花旗升港燈(02638.HK)評級至「買入」 目標價上調至5.4元
花旗發表報告指,將港燈(02638.HK)的評級從「沽售」上調至「買入」,原因是集團2023至2025年的可持續收益率爲6.7%。另一方面,公司可能會因今年下半年美元減息而獲得重新評級。該行又相信,港燈的ESG將由於天然氣取代煤炭的發電結構不斷增加而有所改善。
該行預計,港燈2023年淨利潤將增長1.5%,而今年則料增長2.5%,並於2025年增2%,相應目標價亦上調21%,由4.45元升至5.4元。
