錦興國際(02307.HK)與越南生產商訂立製造及加工分包協議
錦興國際控股(02307.HK)公布,全資附屬公司錦興布業與越南生產廠房天福成(TPT),就紗線及面料針織和染色製造和加工分包安排訂立合作協議。根據合作協議,訂約方隨後將訂立固定年期至少十年的正式協議;TPT承諾由正式協議日期至6月期間,每月提供200噸產能,並自2025年3月起,每月提供1,000噸產能;錦興布業將提供滿足TPT生產所需的機器投資。
雙方同意按正式協議合作兩年後,TPT將優先考慮與錦興布業進行股權合作,該公司可能收購TPT部分股權。
