克莉絲汀(01210.HK):最快3月底刊發2022年年度業績 續停牌
克莉絲汀(01210.HK)表示,由於核數師尚未收齊所有必要的文件及資料以及支持性審覈憑證,有關審覈工作仍在進行中,目前預計於2024年3月31日或之前刊發2022年年度業績及寄發年報。
另外,集團未來重點將其財務資源用於結付僱員薪金及其他尚未支付款項,公司仍在籌集足夠財務資源以逐步恢復業務。
公司股份已自2023年4月3日上午九時正起暫停,將繼續暫停買賣,以待刊發截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度業績公告,直至另行通知爲止。
