A股午評：創業板指跌1.34% 兩市超3800股飄綠 磷化工、煤炭板塊升幅居前
A股主要指數早盤震盪走低，截至午間收盤，滬指跌0.17%報2957點，深證成指跌1%，創業板指跌1.34%。兩市超3800股下跌，半日成交4676億元，北向資金淨買入11.09億元。
盤面上，八部門嚴格控制磷銨、黃磷等行業新增產能，磷化工板塊拉昇，中毅達一度升停；上海對住房公積金個人貸款政策進行調整，地產股拉昇，鳳凰股份升停；教育股普升，傳智教育升停；中泰兩國將從3月起永久互免對方公民簽證，旅遊板塊延續強勢，長白山一度升停；煤炭板塊拉昇，雲煤能源升停；電力、遊戲及中藥板塊升幅居前。另外，機器人概念股走低，龍洲股份觸及跌停；汽配股走低，瑞瑪精密上演“天地板”；半導體板塊走低，佰維存儲跌超12%；MR概念股回調，雙象股份跌停；PEEK材料、華為汽車等板塊跌幅居前。
磷化工板塊拉昇 中毅達此前升停
中毅達此前升停，川金諾升近12%，湖北宜化、興發集團、六國化工等跟升。消息面上，1月3日，工信部等八部門印發《推進磷資源高效高值利用實施方案》，其中提到，堅持分類施策，推進產品結構調整。嚴格控制磷銨、黃磷等行業新增產能。促進磷肥保供穩價，優先保障磷肥企業磷礦需求，引導企業科學排產、維持合理庫存、穩定市場預期，支持骨幹企業做優做強，積極發展新型高效磷肥品種。
煤炭股持續活躍 中國神華創階段新高
雲煤能源2連板，中國神華創階段新高，鄭州煤電、山西焦煤、兗礦能源、大有能源等跟升。國泰君安研報指出，煤價震盪有支撐，值得重視的是煤炭板塊在業績有保障疊加高股息下配置價值凸顯，12月26日蘭花科創公吿前三季度利潤分配方案，現金分紅比例達62%，超市場預期，煤炭板塊高分紅價值再次彰顯。
地產股拉昇 鳳凰股份、津濱發展升停
鳳凰股份、津濱發展升停，上實發展、雲南城投、城建發展、陽光股份等跟升。消息面上，上海市住房公積金管理委員會昨日宣佈對住房公積金個人貸款政策進行調整。《通知》規定了第二套改善型住房的最低首付款比例。第一，對於認定為第二套改善型住房的，最低首付款比例為50%。第二，對於認定為第二套改善型住房，且貸款所購住房位於中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區臨港新片區以及嘉定、青浦、松江、奉賢、寶山、金山6個行政區全域的，最低首付款比例為40%。
機器人概念股走低 龍洲股份觸及跌停
億道信息跌停，龍洲股份、奧拓電子跌超9%，智立方、文一科技、昊志機電、步科股份、天奇股份等跟跌。
汽配股走低 瑞瑪精密上演“天地板”
瑞瑪精密升停開盤快速走低跌停，聖龍股份、華陽股份、華培動力、滬光股份、騰龍股份等跟跌。
