格隆匯1月2日丨東百集團(600693.SH)在投資者互動平台表示,跨境電商企業在海外業務持續增長,帶動大灣區倉儲物流設施需求增長,SHEIN(希音)等跨境電商企業是公司的重要合作客户。目前公司在大灣區合計開發倉儲物流項目建築面積約50萬平方米,其中公司開發建設目前仍參股的佛山蘆苞項目,以及今年新竣工的肇慶大旺項目均與希音保持合作;另外,東莞沙田項目預計2024年竣工,該項目地理位置優越,也將主要面向跨境電商客户。
