奧克斯國際(02080.HK)旗下中環Zentral料年中約滿後關閉
奧克斯國際(02080.HK)公布,旗下位於中環德己立街30-32號加州大廈的的「Zentral」會所,其物業租賃協議將於今年6月30日屆滿,考慮到生活娛樂業務於截至2023年3月31日止過去三個年度都錄得分部虧損,認為其分部經營業績不大可能在不久將來內轉虧為盈,因此,Zentral將在租賃協議到期後關閉。
另外集團位於旺角的「Mini Club」餐廳及酒吧,即生活娛樂業務的另一個現有業務,亦因相關租賃協議即將到期,因此於2023年12月31日起終止營運。
