澳門去年11月酒店客房平均入住率升至82.3%
澳門統計暨普查局公布,2023年11月當地向公眾提供住宿服務的酒店業場所共141間,按年增加22間,可提供客房數目增加26.3%至4.6萬間,客房平均入住率按年上升43.7個百分點至82.3%。其中二星級和五星級酒店的入住率較高,分別達88.9%及82.7%,按年增加37.6及47.2個百分點。
去年11月澳門酒店業場所住客按年上升1.9倍至120.2萬人次,當中來自中國內地的達到88.2萬人次,來自香港及台灣地區為15.4萬與2.7萬人次,分別增加1.7倍、7.9倍及9.8倍;而本地住客則下跌28.5%至4.3萬人次。住客的平均留宿時間減少0.1晚至1.6晚。
首十一個月酒店業場所的客房平均入住率則按年上升43個百分點至81%,住客增加1.6倍至1,224.5萬人次,平均留宿時間則減少0.1晚至1.7晚。
