《內地樓市》據報越秀地產(00123.HK)再斥22.7億人幣奪廣州地皮
廣州今日(29日)出讓三宗涉宅地,包括兩幅位於海珠區,一幅位於荔灣區,總出讓面積99,042平方米,總起價116.9億元人民幣(下同)。該批次為廣州重新施行「價高者得」規則的首次供地。
其中,海珠區琶洲西區地皮最終由越秀地產(00123.HK)旗下廣州越秀華城房地產開發有限公司,以總價22.7億元奪得,折合樓面價為每平方米75,670元,溢價率58.74%。
根據公告資料顯示,該地皮位於新港東路以南、華南快速幹線以西。出讓面積5,706平方米,建築面積3萬平方米,土地用途為住宅用地,容積率少於或等如5.26,地塊起價14.3億元,折合樓面價每平方米47,669.67元。該地皮臨近地鐵磨碟沙站。該宗地今年9月從商務用地調整成居住用地。
另外,廣州天河區黃雲路天河世界大觀二期地皮昨日(28日)由越秀以43.93億元競得,溢價率7.32%。
