天津工程施工服務商天津建發(02515.HK)公布招股詳情,擬全球發售5,395萬股H股,香港公開發售佔約一成,國際發售佔約九成。每股招股價介乎2.5至2.9元。每手2,000股計,一手入場費5,858.5元。該股今日(今年12月29日)起招股,明年1月11日中午截止,預期約於明年1月16日掛牌。獨家保薦人為光大證券國際。
如以招股價中位數2.7元計,公司上市料淨集資約1.08億元,當中約55%用於為潛在項目的前期成本提供資金;約15%用在天津以外的地區設立當地分支機構;約10%用於提升研發能力;約10%用於收購或投資其他專注於石化工程、新能源工程或新城市基礎設施建設的建築公司;約10%用於營運資金及一般企業用途。
