市場消息指,恆地(00012.HK)旗下灣仔莊士敦道208號全幢商廈,獲財團11億元洽購至尾聲,呎價約1.5萬元。
該商廈位於莊士敦道及巴路士街交界,於2020年落成。物業樓高28層,地下至2樓為零售商舖,現由麵包店、餐廳等租用,涉及面積約1萬平方呎,3至28樓為寫字樓,每層面積約2,800平方呎,總樓面面積約72,764平方呎。據悉,大廈目前出租率約六成,平均呎租料約40元。
